to the International Assembly
International
Assembly is a local church based on the principles of the New
Testament. It is locally based with a global mission. It is a
non-denominational, multi-cultural Bible church patterned after
the practices of both the church in Jerusalem (Acts 2:42) and
the church at Antioch (Acts 11-13). International Assembly is
the outgrowth of the activities and ministry of Dr. T.E. Koshy,
Evangelical Chaplain at Syracuse University.
International
Assembly caters to the well being of the total person—body,
soul and spirit (I Thessalonians 5:23 and III John 2). It is a
family church that ministers to adults, youth and children. Nursery
and Sunday School are provided. There are special activities for
the college and career group.
The
activities and services of International Assembly are open to
all who are interested in attending/participating. It welcomes
people of all walks of life, regardless of color, nationality,
language, sex, etc. (Rev. 7:9). It is a church that ministers
to both the community and internationals, preaching the Word of
God in relation to contemporary events and needs.
